Shopping Support (elderly or housebound service)

Are you or a loved one struggling to access essentials such as food and clothing because you cant get to the shops? Our Shopping Support service is here to help. Trusted volunteers are available to partner with you and do that long term or short term shop at a mutually convenient time, to help ease the burden and make sure you get those essential supplies without having to suffer. Our service is free, and we have made it as easy to pay for your shopping as possible. You cant pay our volunteers on receipt of your shop receipt via cash, cheque or via telephone with your debit/credit card. At the bottom of this page is a link to pay for shopping online too. We also accept BACS payments and can invoice family and friends to make the payments if there is a POA or similar in place. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help you in whatever way we can. Use this contact form or contact us via our helpline on 01202 936121 (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm)

All our services are provided by dedicated volunteers, and are completely free of charge. Our volunteers receive up to date advice and guidance on safeguarding and safety.
